Apple v. Samsung: The infringing device scorecard - CNET

Samsung's Galaxy prevail could cost it $57 million in damages.

It was a big win for Apple today when a jury in San Jose, Calif., awarded the company $1 billion in damages in its patent lawsuit against Samsung Electronics. The jury also decided that a hefty set of Samsung's Android smartphones violated several of Apple's design and utility patents.

What follows is a list of the contested patents and the devices that were found to infringe.

'381 patent
Besides the "rubber band" effect where a page "bounces" when a user scrolls to the bottom, '381 also includes touch-screen actions like dragging documents and multi-touch capabilities like pinch to zoom and twist to rotate
